Do my people need to know SQL or Excel formulas?
No. They type questions in everyday words. If someone wants to check, editors can see the exact query behind any answer.
Where can my data be?
PostgreSQL databases (asked live), Google Sheets and Excel online (kept fresh on a schedule), Word and PDF documents, websites, and CSV or Excel files you upload.
What if it gives a wrong answer?
Every answer shows its sources, period and assumptions, so mistakes are easy to spot. Mark it as a bad answer and your editor fixes the definition so it's right next time.
Can it change or delete anything?
No. AskMe only reads. It checks the database login when you connect and warns you if it isn't read-only.
Can we run it on our own servers?
Yes. It can run on your infrastructure with an AI model you choose. iDefender can set it up and look after it for you.
How long until we're using it?
